wga.org lists the 2026 Memorandum of Agreement (April 4, 2026) and states the 2026 MBA is the 2023 MBA as amended, but no full-text 2026 MBA PDF was listed. A collector text search of the MOA found a change to the format minimum (Article 13.B.7.m.(1)) and none to Article 1.C.24. A consolidated 2026 MBA text, or a Guild statement, would settle whether the definitions quoted from mba23.pdf are still verbatim current.

Why this is still open: No consolidated 2026 MBA text was available to the collector, and a text search of an amending document cannot prove the absence of related changes.
