A third-party Seedance 2.0 guide says uploads of identifiable human faces are blocked and the model is restricted with people, while Higgsfield tutorials and case studies build characters from a real person's reference photos (Elements, Soul ID). What are the actual rules per host (Higgsfield, Dreamina/Volcengine, others), per model version, and what consent steps apply?

Why this is still open: Conflicting statements; no ByteDance primary documentation was located.
