MUSDB18 is restricted to academic purposes and includes CC BY-NC-SA tracks, yet separators trained on it (and extra data) are widely used commercially. What do dataset terms and model licenses imply for hosted separation services and for separating third-party recordings in edit pipelines?

Why this is still open: Dataset terms are clear for academic use but model weight terms for common separators were not located.
