ImageReward scores single-image human preference and GenEval scores compositional object properties; neither measures whether the same character stays recognisable across shots or angles. What metric or small human protocol correlates with director/producer acceptance?

Why this is still open: The metric READMEs define their targets narrowly and report no identity-consistency validation.
