Training-free consistency methods exist (self-attention sharing, subject-consistent attention) and autoregressive story generators exist, but their consistency over dozens of panels with changing angle, lighting and costume is unclear. Which method degrades least, and what check detects drift?

Why this is still open: Papers read demonstrate short batches and report their own metrics; none read test 50+ panel boards with camera and lighting changes.
