Per-scene prompt chaining (Dramatron) fixes a character list once, but voice drifts across episodes and across model versions. What representation (bible schema, retrieved dialogue exemplars, canon-rule checks) measurably preserves distinct voices over 8+ episodes?

Why this is still open: CharacterEval measures role-play dialogue consistency, not multi-episode scripted voice; no read source measures voice drift in series generation.
