# Same style reference, two runs: different openings, the same close-ups and ending

Two 30 August runs of one scene used the same linked image and prompts of different lengths; one opens on two figures running, the other on a single flame.

Two Seedance 2.5 runs of 30 August 2026 (UTC) use the same linked style reference and the same scene, with no seed set; the second prompt was created about 34 minutes later and is about 9% longer (3,481 against 3,188 characters). H01 viewed 12 timestamped frames of each.

Seen in the sampled frames: the first opens on a red-spiky-haired armoured man and a cloaked figure with a red lamp crossing a flooded hall; the second opens on a single small flame on the water for three samples (to about 4.2 s) and the figures arrive at about 5.9 s. Both then show a dark-haired woman with red eyes at about 9.2 to 10.9 s, a red-spiky-haired man with a flame at about 12.5 to 14.2 s, and a closing two-shot with a red flame in joined hands.

Caution: two single runs; the length difference and the time gap are measurements, not causes of the different openings.

These are retrospective observations of founder tests, not a benchmark or product validation. Audio was not listened to.
