# Third genre-style set: ending checks and what the detector missed

Notes on the third twenty of the series: bookended frames, an ending that does not match the beginning, ten-second versions that stop early and three detector under-counts.

Four checks come out of the third set of twenty. (1) Bookends: the plain-and-oasis clip returns to its opening frame at the end. (2) Ending continuity: the pendulum clip shows a glass again after it shattered. (3) Length: the two 10 s runs (a football story and a dojo bout) stop before a resolution in the sampled frames. (4) Detector gaps: the scene detector counted only 1-2 transitions in the festival clip, the gritty-poster football run, the lamp-lit portrait and the two 10 s runs although the sampled frames show more changes.

These are retrospective observations of founder tests, not a benchmark or product validation. Audio was not listened to.
