Five lab takes and six hallway takes of two dialogue scenes keep costume and identity stable; the differences are glances, gestures, an added backpack and camera distance.

Eleven Seedance 2.5 takes from the late-September test period cover two conversation-style scenes (as set up by framing and prompt; speech not heard): a science room (43b90a97, f365cb65, a084854d, 98f8d204, plus the solo wide 8a0f398b) and a hallway walk-and-talk (b8223e52, 3963267a, 08b76ca8, f751de22, 92416150, a8da5c9e). H01 viewed 7-12 timestamped frames of each.

Looked stable across takes in the sampled frames: the girl's ponytail and grey tee, the man's red tee with a circular emblem print (text on the print illegible at the sampled size) and the school setting with a large N banner and blue lockers.

Differences: in the lab, the girl glances back and smiles in a084854d, a two-shot grin lands in 98f8d204, a face-led framing in f365cb65, and the solo wide 8a0f398b holds 18 s without a second character; in the hallway the doors turn orange in 3963267a and 92416150, a backpack appears in f751de22, an open-palm gesture is unique to a8da5c9e, and 08b76ca8 is the quietest.

Reading: take choice depends on small acting beats; the costume print looked consistent in the sampled frames, which would matter for continuity. Audio was not listened to and dialogue timing is unrated.
