# Boogu image_boogu_image_0_1_edit_int8: original reference pixels, resize-derived dimensions and comparison inputs

ComfyUI template image_boogu_image_0_1_edit_int8 routes original LoadImage pixels directly to the edit encoder and ImageCompare A. ResizeImageMaskNode feeds GetImageSize, which supplies linked latent width/height rather than the saved 1024x1024 widgets. Comparison B receives SaveImageAdvanced output. Static graph trace only; internal node processing and actual dimensions are untested.

In the pinned ComfyUI template image_boogu_image_0_1_edit_int8 (file image_boogu_image_0_1_edit_int8.json), the external resized-image branch supplies dimensions. It does not supply the image tensor wired to the edit encoder. This distinction matters when interpreting the reference image, output size and before/after view.

LoadImage 32 fans out three ways: link 92 sends its IMAGE directly to subgraph instance 45; link 108 sends it to ResizeImageMaskNode 49; link 110 sends it directly to ImageCompare 53 input image_a. Resize 49 outputs only to GetImageSize 46 through 107. That size node supplies width and height to instance 45 through 102/103. Inside the definition, boundary links 96/97 carry these values to EmptyLatentImage 8, whose latent reaches SamplerCustom 21 through 37. Its stored [1024,1024,1] widgets are not proof of the submitted width and height because the size inputs are linked. The size node's batch_size output is unused; the latent's third widget remains stored as 1. This inspection does not resolve actual queued batch parameters.

The edit reference takes the other path: instance image input images.image_1 reaches TextEncodeBooguEdit 36 through boundary link 74. It therefore receives the original loader IMAGE on this external wiring, not node 49's resized IMAGE. Internal resizing, normalization or vision encoding performed by TextEncodeBooguEdit is not established by the graph alone. The optional image_2 socket is unconnected; its presence does not prove supported multi-reference use.

ImageCompare A receives the original loader image. B is linked from SaveImageAdvanced 55's IMAGE output through 113, after edited output from instance 45 reaches the saver through 112. This is the saved graph's routing, not a pixel-aligned quality evaluation. The graph does not establish whether the comparison UI scales its inputs or whether the saver output tensor is identical to a decoded exported file.

Resize 49 stores ["scale total pixels",1,"lanczos"]. Note 50 calls the setting megapixels and suggests bypassing Resize if resizing is unwanted. Read that wording alongside the wiring: the external resize branch controls the target dimensions; the original reference path bypasses it already. Actual rounded dimensions and the effects of bypassing require the relevant node implementations or a separately authorized run. The source's suggested higher resolution and hardware-dependent limits are unmeasured here.

For an interpretable rerun, preserve the original image identity and size, resize mode/value/kernel and actual resized dimensions, resolved latent width/height/batch, promoted prompt/seed/model selections, and which tensors feed comparison A/B. A fixed saved seed does not independently establish pixel-identical reproduction. No reference image, model or output was acquired or executed in this review.

The saved model filename is boogu_image_edit_int8_convrot.safetensors, exposed through the subgraph loader control. Neither that label nor the source notes establish measured INT8 speed/VRAM, actual weight hashes or component permissions. The same-commit repository JSON is MIT, copyright 2023-present Comfy Org; its complete notice is retained. The notes' model licence/capability claims were not independently checked. Models, encoder, VAE, images and outputs remain separately governed. Saved core/frontend metadata is not an established minimum compatible runtime.
