# FLUX.2 image_flux2_text_to_image: Turbo LoRA switches the model route and 20/8 steps

In ComfyUI template image_flux2_text_to_image, one promoted Turbo toggle couples the base-model/20-step route to the LoRA-model/8-step route. Loader 101 stores Flux_2-Turbo-LoRA_comfyui.safetensors at strength 1, but its filename is promoted and mutable. Trace linked scheduler inputs and capture resolved values; this is static inspection, not execution or clearance of model/component rights.

The ComfyUI catalogue template identifier is image_flux2_text_to_image; its pinned Comfy-Org file is image_flux2_text_to_image.json. It couples a model route and a step-count route through one promoted control. This is a static graph inspection, not an executed recipe.

Inside subgraph e3a57dc6-b2bf-4d05-927d-3715b40d2a77, PrimitiveBoolean 104 (Enable Turbo LoRA) feeds both Switch(model) 102 and Switch(steps) 103 through links 215 and 214. The sockets named on_false carry the direct UNETLoader 12 model and PrimitiveInt 100's 20 steps. The sockets named on_true carry LoraLoaderModelOnly 101's model and PrimitiveInt 99's 8 steps. Model-switch output 210 reaches BasicGuider 22; step-switch output 213 reaches Flux2Scheduler 48. That scheduler supplies sigmas to SamplerCustomAdvanced 13.

Scheduler 48 still stores widgets [20,1024,1024], but all three corresponding inputs are linked. Its step widget alone cannot identify the selected branch. The width and height subgraph inputs also feed both the latent node and scheduler; capture those resolved dimensions together.

Top-level instance 98 promotes node 104's value, LoRA filename, seed and control_after_generate through proxyWidgets. The boolean and switch widgets contain false in the saved graph, but the boolean's own input is linked from the exposed subgraph value input. No compiled submitted prompt or actual execution is supplied here. Capture the resolved promoted toggle, selected branch, model/LoRA file identities and hashes, LoRA strength, steps, dimensions, seed policy and runtime versions. LoraLoaderModelOnly 101 stores Flux_2-Turbo-LoRA_comfyui.safetensors with strength 1. Its lora_name input is linked through 228 to the promoted turbo_lora control, so the stored filename does not prove which file was submitted. The saved LoRA filename is mutable and is not a verified weight hash.

The repository JSON and complete notice are MIT at commit 0cc0fba562efe9f68e48050c2b82ed6495050bc2, copyright 2023-present Comfy Org. That permission does not resolve separate model, LoRA, encoder, VAE or output rights. No weights, samples or APIs were acquired or run. Saved frontend 1.41.21 and node version labels are not established minimum compatible versions. This inspection does not prove image quality, speed, memory use, lazy skipping of an inactive branch or pixel-identical reruns.
