Original PDMD release for MiniMax-H3: lora_model_0.safetensors (1,383,680,592 bytes, 312 pairs, rank/alpha 128, bf16) on the H3 transformer only, or full weights in pdmd2026/pdmd_4NFE_full. Fuse W += 1.0 * (B @ A). 4 steps, base scheduler shift 12 / 3. For ComfyUI use the converted v6 file instead. Apache-2.0.

PDMD ("Projected Distribution Matching Distillation for Video Diffusion Models", arXiv 2609.35768) distils MiniMax-H3 into a 4-step (4 NFE) student. The original release comes two ways: pdmd2026/pdmd_4NFE_lora, a LoRA adapter, and pdmd2026/pdmd_4NFE_full, the same student as full transformer weights.

The LoRA applies only to the transformer (MiniMaxH3Transformer3DModel); the VAE, audio VAE, schedulers, text encoder and processor all come unchanged from the base model. lora_model_0.safetensors is 1,383,680,592 bytes: 312 LoRA pairs (624 tensors), rank 128, alpha 128, bf16, with a JSON sidecar of keys and shapes. Keys are transformer.<module>.lora_A.weight / lora_B.weight, matching <module>.weight in the base transformer, and the fusing rule is W_base += lora_scale x (lora_B @ lora_A) with lora_scale 1.0 (alpha / rank). Sample with 4 denoising steps using the base model's released scheduler configuration (shift 12 / 3).

These diffusers-style keys do not load directly in ComfyUI; for ComfyUI use the converted minimax_h3_pdmd_4nfe_comfyui_v6 file covered in the separate ComfyUI record. Licence on the card: Apache-2.0.

Based on the pdmd2026/pdmd_4NFE_lora card pinned to revision 9913253b4cee1702671c38637bf3941e1de489f5 and observed on 2026-10-27.
The card gives no CFG, resolution or speed figures; nothing was run.
The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator. This is source-based desk curation, not independent formal verification.
