PDMD 4-NFE LoRA for MiniMax-H3 (rank 128, Projected Distribution Matching Distillation): use minimax_h3_pdmd_4nfe_comfyui_v6.safetensors (bf16); older conversions were silent no-ops. LoraLoaderModelOnly, strength exactly 1.0, 4 steps, H3 scheduler shift 12 video / 3 audio, no CFG.

The PDMD 4-NFE LoRA (pdmd2026/pdmd_4NFE_lora) is a 4-step student distilled from MiniMax-H3 33B with Projected Distribution Matching Distillation: rank 128 on the attention projections and both feed-forward layers of all 50 transformer blocks plus 2 token-refiner blocks. Iwannapose converted it to ComfyUI's H3 key layout.

Use minimax_h3_pdmd_4nfe_comfyui_v6.safetensors (bf16). Earlier uploads (base, keys_v2 to v5) were broken: most keys matched nothing in ComfyUI's loader, so the LoRA silently did nothing, and v4 also missed the SwiGLU remap. The conversion fuses q, k and v into qkv_proj (A stacked, B block-diagonal), swaps the two 14336-row halves of mlp.fc1 because diffusers SwiGLU outputs [value; gate] while ComfyUI H3 expects [gate; up], sets alpha so alpha/rank is 1.0 (the PDMD fusion scale), and renames blocks to ComfyUI names. The converter reports all 208 target keys present with matching shapes in minimax_h3_ref2va_int8_convrot and numerically identical tensors.

Running in ComfyUI: LoraLoaderModelOnly (the H3 text encoder loads separately) at strength 1.0, because other strengths scale the distillation delta and break 4-step behaviour; sample 4 steps with the H3 scheduler (shift 12 for video, 3 for audio) and no CFG, since H3 is guidance-distilled. Licence: Apache-2.0 for the conversion; MiniMax H3 weights keep their own licence.
