GSFixer (arXiv 2508.09667, GVCLab/GSFixer) restores novel views rendered from sparse-view 3DGS with a reference-guided CogVideoX video diffusion model, using DINOv2 semantic and VGGT 3D geometric features of reference views. The card has no usage, licence or hardware details.

GSFixer (Yin et al., 2025) targets the artifacts that appear when a 3D Gaussian Splatting scene is reconstructed from only a few views. Rendered novel views are treated as a video to restore: a reference-guided video restoration model built on CogVideoX, a DiT video diffusion model, fixes them while conditioning on the reference views through two feature streams: 2D semantic features from DINOv2 and 3D geometric features from VGGT. The authors report better semantic coherence and 3D consistency across the repaired views.

Use: the Hugging Face card (library diffusers, task image-to-video) only describes the method; code and instructions are in the GVCLab/GSFixer GitHub repository and the paper is arXiv 2508.09667. The card states no licence, VRAM need or inference settings.

Based on the flow666/GSFixer card pinned to revision 253dc3b6d83a6dcce03d6033c37ea02b83b6af27 and observed on 2026-10-27.
Nothing was run here; the paper and GitHub repository were not inspected, and the card states no licence.
The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator. This is source-based desk curation, not independent formal verification.
