RealVisXL V4.0 (SDXL photorealism, not final): 25+ steps, DPM++ 2M Karras; negative "(face asymmetry, eyes asymmetry, deformed eyes, open mouth)". Hires fix: 10+ steps, 4x-UltraSharp, denoise 0.1-0.5, upscale 1.1-2.0. OpenRAIL++.

RealVisXL V4.0 by SG161222 is an SDXL model aimed at photorealism; the author says it is still in training, not the final version, and may show artefacts. The card says it can produce SFW and NSFW images.

Settings: sampling steps 25 or more with DPM++ 2M Karras. Recommended negative prompt: (face asymmetry, eyes asymmetry, deformed eyes, open mouth), or another of your choice. Hires fix: 10 or more hires steps, 4x-UltraSharp or another upscaler, denoising strength 0.1 to 0.5, upscale by 1.1 to 2.0.

The CivitAI page address names it "v40-turbo", but this repository card gives the standard settings above. A later V5.0 exists as a separate repository. Licence: openrail++.
