SoulX-FlashTalk-14B makes real-time, audio-driven avatar video but needs more than 64 GB VRAM on one GPU and 8x H800 or better for real time. Setup: Python 3.10, torch 2.7.1 (cu128), flash-attn 2.8.0.post2, FFmpeg, chinese-wav2vec2-base. Apache-2.0.

SoulX-FlashTalk-14B from Soul-AILab generates audio-driven avatar video for real-time infinite streaming, using self-correcting bidirectional distillation (technical report arXiv 2512.23379). The card acknowledges InfiniteTalk and Wan as the base models and Self Forcing as the codebase. Licence: Apache-2.0; inference code and weights were released on 2026-01-08.

Hardware: single-GPU inference requires more than 64 GB of VRAM; real-time speed is supported only on 8x H800 or higher. It is not a consumer-GPU model. The authors announced, as coming soon, a 4-GPU version and a separate open real-time streaming model designed for consumer GPUs such as the RTX 4090.

Setup from the card: conda environment with Python 3.10; torch 2.7.1 and torchvision 0.22.1 from the CUDA 12.8 index; the repository requirements; ninja and flash_attn 2.8.0.post2 (no build isolation); FFmpeg (for example conda-forge ffmpeg 7). Download Soul-AILab/SoulX-FlashTalk-14B and the TencentGameMate/chinese-wav2vec2-base audio encoder, then run inference_script_single_gpu.sh or inference_script_multi_gpu.sh.

Nothing was run here; contact details in the card are intentionally not reproduced.
