TaoMate-H3 3-step LoRA (ComfyUI bf16 conversion, r128/alpha128, 1.24 GB) for MiniMax H3 FL2VA: strength 1.0, 3 steps, CFG 1.0 (never above), Euler, simple or linear FlowMatch. Put it in ComfyUI/models/loras; LoraLoader or LoraLoaderModelOnly; console should show 208 patches attached.

TaoMate-H3 is a 3-step distillation LoRA for MiniMax H3 FL2VA from Alibaba's TaoLive AIGC team, released in PEFT/Diffusers format. CZMartin22 converted the step-3000 EMA adapter to ComfyUI's DiT key layout: PEFT namespaces stripped, lora_a/lora_b renamed to lora_A.weight and lora_B.weight, diffusion_model. prefixes added for transformer blocks and token refiners, an alpha tensor of 128.0 embedded per module for correct scaling, and FP32 cast to bf16, giving about 1.24 GB instead of 2.48 GB. Rank and alpha are both 128.

Install: huggingface-cli download CZMartin22/TaoMate-H3-3step-ComfyUI TaoMate-H3-3step-ComfyUI.safetensors --local-dir ComfyUI/models/loras/. Load with LoraLoader or LoraLoaderModelOnly (also Pixaroma H3 nodes and ComfyUI-H3) on the MiniMax H3 FL2VA base, which covers text-to-video and image-to-video with synchronized audio. A clean load logs "208 patches attached" with no missing-key warnings.

Settings: LoRA strength 1.0, 3 steps (the distillation target), CFG 1.0, Euler sampler, simple or linear FlowMatch scheduler. Do not raise CFG above 1.0; the card warns the distilled ODE burns with guidance.
