lightx2v Wan2.2 distill LoRAs (rank 64): high-noise LoRA on the high-noise expert, low-noise LoRA on the low-noise expert, strength 1.0, on the undistilled Wan2.2 I2V-A14B. Merge with converter.py (FP8 or --comfyui_mode) or load online. 4 steps: denoising_step_list [1000, 750, 500, 250]. Apache-2.0.

lightx2v extracted rank-64 LoRAs from its distilled Wan2.2 models so the original Wan2.2 I2V-A14B can generate in 4 steps. Wan2.2 A14B has two experts, high-noise and low-noise, and there is one LoRA for each: wan2.2_i2v_A14b_high_noise_lora_rank64_lightx2v_4step_<version> and the matching low_noise file (the version suffix, such as 1022, changes; check the repository). The card labels high noise "more creative" and low noise "more stable", but its configuration applies both at once, each to its own expert, so download and use both.

Base model: the original, undistilled Wan2.2 I2V-A14B, either from Wan-AI/Wan2.2-I2V-A14B or as separate files wan2.2_i2v_A14b_high_noise_lightx2v.safetensors and wan2.2_i2v_A14b_low_noise_lightx2v.safetensors from lightx2v/Wan2.2-Official-Models. The LoRAs cannot run alone. At runtime you also need the T5 text encoder, CLIP vision encoder, VAE and tokenizer.

Offline merge (recommended by the authors): in LightX2V/tools/convert run python converter.py --source <expert base file or its high_noise_model/ or low_noise_model/ directory> --output <dir> --output_ext .safetensors --output_name <name> --model_type wan_dit --lora_path <matching LoRA> --lora_strength 1.0 --single_file, once per expert. Add --quantized --linear_dtype torch.float8_e4m3fn --non_linear_dtype torch.bfloat16 for FP8, and --comfyui_mode as well for a ComfyUI FP8 file.

Online loading: in configs/distill/wan22/wan_moe_i2v_distill_with_lora.json set lora_configs to the high_noise_model and low_noise_model LoRA paths with strength 1.0, set lightx2v_path, model_path and CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES in scripts/wan22/inference/distill/run_wan22_moe_i2v_distill.sh, and run it from the LightX2V root. ComfyUI: use the repository's wan2.2_i2v_scale_fp8_comfyui_with_lora.json workflow.

For 4-step inference set denoising_step_list to [1000, 750, 500, 250]. Fully distilled models are also published as lightx2v/Wan2.2-Distill-Models. Licence: Apache-2.0 for the LoRAs; the Wan2.2 base model has its own licence.

Based on the lightx2v/Wan2.2-Distill-Loras card pinned to revision 57adea585d1d21085e2dfc91ce3c7b646cdd9345 and observed on 2026-10-27.
Nothing was run here; the ComfyUI workflow, the configuration file and the launch script were not inspected, and only I2V LoRAs are listed in this card.
The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator. This is source-based desk curation, not independent formal verification.
