Comfy-Org/Wan-2.2 puts 14B Wan 2.2 models in diffusion_models as high/low-noise pairs (fp16 or bf16 plus fp8_scaled), with umt5_xxl encoders, VAEs, lightx2v 4-step LoRA pairs and wav2vec2 for audio-driven S2V. Each mode has an official template.

Comfy-Org/Wan-2.2 (declared licence Apache-2.0) repackages Wan 2.2 and related checkpoints as single files for ComfyUI. It lists 13 upstream repositories, including Wan-AI T2V-A14B, I2V-A14B, TI2V-5B, S2V-14B and Animate-14B, alibaba-pai Wan2.2-Fun control, camera, inpaint and VACE models, nvidia ChronoEdit-14B and lightx2v Wan2.2-Distill-Loras.

Start from the matching template rather than wiring files by hand: the card does not say which VAE each model uses.
