ClairMeta (commit b3b66a0) encodes the ISDCF naming convention as rule set '9.6' with fields in order: title (up to 14 characters), content type, aspect ratio, language (audio-subtitle, optional CCAP/OCAP), territory-rating, audio type, resolution, studio, date, facility, standard and package type. Reading the code (not run) shows two problems. Its language patterns accept only two- or three-letter codes, but the current ISDCF register has 91 four-letter codes, so names using them would probably be flagged. Its resolution pattern (^2K|4K$) is loosely anchored, so strings that merely start with '2K' or end with '4K' would pass. This is a tool's reading of the convention, not the convention itself.

Curator qualifications: Pages, PDFs and code read 2026-10-22; no DCP named or validated; ClairMeta not run. ISDCF Illustrated Guide body not rendered in raw HTML (producer) - convention text not read. Curator amendment CA-AM-0057 (2026-10-22): Correction: 'ClairMeta (licence read in CA-B482)' is wrong. CA-B482 only declared 'BSD-3-Clause (not re-read)'. The licence is now read: GitHub license API readback 1185fdf3605903bf reports LICENSE as SPDX BSD-3-Clause for ClairMeta/ClairMeta (default branch develop, 2026-10-22). Repository level only.

Limitations: Pages, PDFs and code read 2026-10-22; no DCP named or validated; ClairMeta not run. Validator behaviour inferred from regex only; ClairMeta not run.

Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
