MEt3R (arXiv v2) scores a pair of frames: DUSt3R reconstructs a pose-free pointmap pair, upscaled DINO features of both frames are projected into the first frame's camera, and the score is one minus the mean cosine similarity over the overlap (0 to 2, lower is better; no camera poses needed, so it works on generated video). In the paper, real videos sit slightly above zero, SVD scores 0.032, Ruyi-Mini-7B 0.047 and I2VGen-XL 0.050 on 48-frame RealEstate10K-conditioned clips, but those clips did not share a camera path and SVD moved least. It measures feature agreement after a learned reconstruction, not image quality and not (in this paper) agreement with human raters; every test in the paper is a static scene.

Curator qualifications: MEt3R scores frame pairs via pose-free pointmaps and projected DINO features (0-2, lower better; no camera poses needed).
