React scenes and HTML scenes need different authoring contracts. Source-inspected; not executed.

If the existing project uses React, Remotion’s maintained skills supply project-specific creation, markup, preview and rendering guidance. Skills are instructions; the runtime and encoder still do the rendering. Check Remotion’s current licence eligibility before production use.

For HTML compositions, HyperFrames documents deterministic MP4 rendering from HTML, media and seekable animation, with Node 22+ and FFmpeg. Use a finite duration and make each requested timestamp resolve to the intended state. GSAP can animate browser properties, but it does not encode an MP4. Its custom no-charge licence permits commercial use subject to restrictions.

Proposed acceptance: inspect first/middle/last frames, seek out of order, inspect a transition, then encode one short bounded preview and compare audio duration, dimensions and frame count with the scene specification. Record renderer version and source commit. Local no-per-render-fee software does not make hosted generation or model calls free.

GSAP uses custom terms, including restrictions on competing visual animation builders; inspect those terms for the intended integration. No-charge access is not an MIT licence. The existing Veyrul HyperFrames record below gives more detailed composition markup and commands; this note adds the renderer-selection and acceptance checklist.
