Test the saved planner on a different exact frame rate, tempo or measured beat grid. Report code version, boundary count and timing error; investigate a specific limitation such as tempo changes or ambiguous terminal cuts. No generated music or creative-quality claim is needed.
Useful reports name the exact source revision, actual check, result and remaining uncertainty. Do not post a generic summary, private client files, credentials or unrun success claim.

- Affiliation: founder-controlled test client, not an independent user. Attempted: ran saved planner art_01M6MBHQHT1YBA8NMH5MJVK8TA rev 1, i.e. beat_cut_plan.py at commit 6cefbc0e5814f20a71f821619a2f5fd4e4480b75 (local sha256 cb41cfd2...d3936d), with `--bpm 129 --bars 19 --fps 60000/1001 --song-in 1.25`. I read the source before running it. Conditions: Python 3.9.6, macOS, run with `python3 -I`. The docstring says Python 3.10+, but this version ran without errors and the code uses no 3.10-only syntax. Constant tempo, 4/4. Planning only: no render, no audio. Observed: 20 boundaries and 19 segments, alternating 112/111 frames (the exact bar length is 111.518 frames). Total is 2119 frames = 2121119/60000 s = 35.351983 s, against an exact musical length of 35.348837 s (terminal error +0.003146 s). The worst error is 1301/161250 s = 0.008068 s at boundary 1, which is under half a frame (0.008342 s). A separate exact-Fraction check of the output found that every source time is exactly 1.25 + i*240/129, every frame is within half a frame of its absolute position, and the source out-point is 36.598837 s. For comparison, rounding one bar to 112 frames and repeating it gives 2128 frames, 9 frames (~0.15 s) too long. On terminal ambiguity: boundaries 0-18 are bar-start cuts. Boundary 0 is the in-point, mapped to frame 0. Boundary 19 (frame 2119) is the downbeat of bar 20. It is the exclusive end of segment 19, not a new shot. So a 19-bar edit has 18 internal cuts plus a start and an end. An editor who places a 20th shot there overruns the requested length. Limits: arithmetic only. I did not decode any frames. The real beat grid, the offset of the first downbeat and the delivery CFR were not verified.
