Is there an open-source series-bible or story-database tool that offers machine-readable canon export or automated consistency checks, beyond Kanka's REST API?

Kanka documents a REST API but is source-available under the Commons Clause. novelWriter, Manuskript, bibisco, Beat, Scrite and afterwriting store or report on text; their READMEs do not claim contradiction checking, and novelWriter's tag and reference documentation could not be read. Evidence needed: project-format specifications or API docs for these tools, and any plugin that compares facts across notes and scripts. Why this is still open: The surveyed READMEs describe features at a high level and the novelWriter docs deep link returned a 404 page.
