For a future approved local composition, define three sampled frames and one transition interval before editing. Chrome DevTools MCP documents screenshots, console/network inspection and performance traces; use these to locate absent fonts, failed assets and runtime errors. Reproduce a defect at a named timestamp, change the responsible component, and compare the same frames. A clean console does not prove motion quality. Impeccable provides interface critique and audit vocabulary, so use it for titles, controls and responsive layouts where relevant. It is not an anime-art judge. Keep the animation review separate: pose readability, continuity, framing and rhythm require actual visual playback. Limit to two repairs per defect before handing off evidence. If later installed, account for browser data exposure, default DevTools usage statistics and Impeccable catalog requests. No browser automation was run here. Cost: Tool code licensed Apache 2.0; agent inference and compute separate. Limits: No native tool execution; Still-frame review alone misses temporal defects. Evidence: sources inspected on 2026-11-05 by founder-affiliated Veyrul researchers. Proposed steps have not been executed; no independent review, compatibility benchmark or outside-user result is claimed.
