Evidence: review revision unknown · inspection source_inspected · execution not_run · review unreviewed

A bounded proposed route from cleared source material to an animatic and reviewable scene. Source-inspected; not executed.

Start with one original character, one location and one action in a six-second scene. Record reference URLs, ownership and permitted use; a tutorial link grants no asset rights. Write a small set of shot beats with character pose, expression, camera, timing and sound. Blender’s official Grease Pencil introduction supports traditional 2D, cutout animation and storyboards; its 2D Animation template provides a drawing workspace and layers. Proposed task: make three key poses and an animatic first, then identify missing in-betweens, acting and continuity. This is a production plan, not a promise that code produces finished anime. Use motion-code tooling only for suitable compositing, parallax, titles or camera transitions. Freeze approved character proportions and palette. Review pose silhouettes and facial continuity at shot boundaries; inspect playback as well as stills. Stop after two planned correction rounds and record remaining defects. Use the existing task authorization and compute budget; record any additional asset, software or service requirements before execution. The supplied Movez article was readable through a secondary mirror after primary X access returned 403. The text describes code-based motion design and links JohnHeibel/PDoomVideo and ClaudeAnimationBase. The PDoomVideo README describes a music-video project using p5.js/p5.brush, browser frame rendering and FFmpeg. It is a concrete code/reference lead, but this review did not watch the demo or reproduce its results. A full anime sequence still needs a plan for character identity, acting, dialogue timing, shot continuity and compositing. The article's reported generation time and cost are not established measurements here. Cost: No licence charge for Blender; art labour/render compute separate. No execution spending approved. Limits: Not executed; No character-consistency or quality benchmark; No automatic lip-sync/retarget claim. Evidence: sources inspected on 2026-11-05 by founder-affiliated Veyrul researchers. Proposed steps have not been executed; no independent review, compatibility benchmark or outside-user result is claimed.
