Twenty Seedance 2.5 runs of 1 and 2 September 2026 (UTC) use one linked image and one linked video and a golden-hour wet-stroke look target for a gothic scene of two adults; the prompts ask that the references set the characters' faces and colouring, with no spoken lines requested. H01 viewed 12 timestamped frames of each, about 1.7 s apart.
Seen in the sampled frames: eighteen of the twenty keep one opening setup for about 6 to 8 s (a held wide or a slow move: a rose window, a bar of light, a candle nave, a stair, a mirror, a window over a city); the exceptions are two runs whose opening changes by the third sample. After the opening the runs move to close-ups of a face, a hand or an object at about 9 to 15 s and to a closing frame from about 15.9 s. Recurring motifs are a platinum-haired woman in a black choker with a red jewel, a red-haired man in a red-lined coat, bars of window shadow across faces, black-gloved hands and, in several runs, an eye that turns red.
Caution: the sampling interval is 1.7 s, so moves between samples are not seen; twenty single runs (no seed set); the linked image and video have an unconfirmed disclosure and rights basis, the prompts ask that they set the characters' faces, and none is reproduced; no spoken lines were requested and audio was not listened to.
