Eight runs of one plaza standoff land the same beats at nearly the same times; two arrive early

Eight Seedance 2.5 runs of 27 August 2026 (UTC), each from text alone, share a scene: a red-haired armoured figure and a long-coated man in a gothic plaza. Three fix a premium cinematic 3D look, four an anime-first look and one a split look of drawn figures in a rendered set. H01 viewed 12 timestamped frames of each, about 1.7 s apart. Seen in the sampled frames: in six of the eight the opening wide holds for three samples (to about 4.2 s), a coat or boot insert falls at about 5.9 s, the two figures face each other at about 7.5 s, the hair close-up runs through roughly 9 to 14 s and the two-shot arrives at about 15.9 s, ending on the man alone or with the red head at the frame edge. In two runs the same beats come earlier: one has the two-shot about 1.7 s sooner and the other shows the two figures at about 4.2 s and the two-shot at about 10.9 s. Caution: a 1.7 s sampling interval can hide a beat that falls between samples; the group is eight single runs (no seed set). Reading: with the scene fixed, the beat order and most timings repeat across look targets; this describes these eight runs, not a rule. These are retrospective observations of founder tests, not a benchmark or product validation. Audio was not listened to.
