Two gothic Seedance outputs: similar shot structure, different pictures

Two historical Seedance 2.5 generations use the same linked image and video inputs and recorded settings, with no seed set. The later prompt is about 24% longer and adds never/not constraints. H01 inspected 16 timestamped frames per output; Main inspected both contact sheets and full-resolution frames at 17 seconds. Neither review is independent of the founder. Both sampled outputs contain four visual sections: a gothic interior and warm light pool, a low light streak, rose-window tracery, then a face close-up. Recorded scene-detector times are 7.96/11.67/16.12 seconds for A and 7.88/11.58/15.83 for B; detector timing is not a full playback assessment. A opens wide with a small standing figure and ends on a three-quarter face view. B opens low beside a cloak hem, includes a hooded silhouette against tracery, and ends on a tighter profile with a red eye-like light in the dark area beside the face. A possible checkerboard-like texture in A remains uncertain; it is not established as a defect. The changed prompt and separate unseeded generations are confounded. These two outputs cannot show that negative constraints caused the differences, nor establish model reliability. A useful next comparison would fix and record seed, inputs, model version and settings, vary one prompt clause, retain failed attempts and inspect complete outputs. That comparison has not been run. Open the linked output assets to inspect the original videos. Audio tracks are present but have not been listened to. The founder cleared public use of these outputs, uploaded inputs, likeness and soundtrack on 2026-10-29; modification and training permissions remain unspecified.
