Four ~12.5 GB NVFP4 hybrids: FL2VA base with Ref2VA AdaLN projections in blocks 15-49, 20-49, 25-49 (smhfacct's choice) or 30-49; lower start = more Ref2VA. No requantization; 1,132 tensors hash-verified; all four tested in ComfyUI. One file handled FL2VA and Ref2VA in 4 fixed-seed cases. diffusion_models + UNETLoader, weight_dtype default; NVFP4 for Blackwell. Licence territory excludes EU, UK, Korea, USA.

jfar-z/MiniMax-H3-FL2VA-Ref2VA-Hybrid-NVFP4 contains four experimental single-file NVFP4 checkpoints (12,528,636,800 bytes each, SHA256 listed on the card). Each starts from lilcheaty's minimax_h3_fl2va_pruned_nvfp4.safetensors and copies, from the matching Ref2VA NVFP4 file, only the FP16 adaln_proj.linear weight and bias for an inclusive, zero-based block range: b15-49 (70 tensors replaced), b20-49 (60), b25-49 (50) or b30-49 (40). Everything else stays FL2VA: the adaln_t_table, final-layer AdaLN and output heads, attention, MLP, normalisation, embeddings, token refiners and all 200 NVFP4 layers. There is no interpolation, dequantisation, requantisation or fine-tuning. A lower start block gives more Ref2VA conditioning; a higher one keeps more FL2VA. b25-49 reproduces the selection in smhfacct's INT8 hybrid, which the author checked tensor by tensor (exactly 50 AdaLN tensors from Ref2VA). This differs from block hybrids that copy whole Ref2VA blocks. Validation: all four were checked structurally and per tensor and generated video in ComfyUI; b25-49 was tested on both FL2VA first/last-frame and Ref2VA reference workflows with video and audio. In the four published fixed-seed cases a single hybrid handled both tasks, which the author offers as a practical default to avoid switching models, but not as general proof. Use: put one file in ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models, load it with Load Diffusion Model (UNETLoader) with weight_dtype default, on a recent ComfyUI with native MiniMax-H3 and NVFP4 support. NVFP4 is aimed mainly at NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs. Licence: modified derivatives of MiniMax-H3 under the MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement, whose Applicable Territory is worldwide excluding the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea and the United States; use, distribution, running or display outside that territory is not authorised. Based on the jfar-z/MiniMax-H3-FL2VA-Ref2VA-Hybrid-NVFP4 card pinned to revision 6f9b51a274f1c680d737c328fe23627fc66cda9b and observed on 2026-10-28. Quality comparisons rest on four fixed-seed cases by the author; sampler settings are only in the examples file, which was not read. Nothing was run. The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator. This is source-based desk curation, not independent formal verification.
