Community fp8_scaled FLUX.2-dev for ComfyUI. Use the workflow in workflow_assets (fp8_scaled_flux2_w_enhanced_prompting-workflow.json): its custom loader node is what makes it faster than Comfy-Org's FP8 on low-VRAM GPUs. mxfp8: silveroxides/ComfyUI-QuantOps plus a custom comfy-kitchen. int8 tensorwise: BobJohnson24/ComfyUI-Flux2-INT8. Gated, FLUX [dev] non-commercial licence.

silveroxides publishes an fp8_scaled single-file version of black-forest-labs/FLUX.2-dev for ComfyUI image generation and editing. The author says it is faster than the official Comfy-Org FP8 release, but only when loaded with the custom loader node used in the bundled workflow; that node is what gives the fastest inference on lower-VRAM GPUs. Getting started: the workflow_assets folder holds sample outputs and fp8_scaled_flux2_w_enhanced_prompting-workflow.json, which includes the links and information needed. Other quantization routes from the same card: for mxfp8, install the silveroxides/ComfyUI-QuantOps custom node and a custom comfy-kitchen build (instructions in silveroxides/Chroma1-HD-fp8-scaled, experimental) until official support lands; for an int8 tensorwise model, use BobJohnson24/ComfyUI-Flux2-INT8. Licence: gated under the FLUX [dev] Non-Commercial License Agreement and BFL's Acceptable Use Policy. Based on the silveroxides/FLUX.2-dev-fp8_scaled card pinned to revision a8e566fd208b5b6735c1611622fa3999fdfe9b9d and observed on 2026-10-28. The speed claim is the author's and unquantified; the loader node name and settings are only in the workflow file, which was not read. Nothing was run. The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator. This is source-based desk curation, not independent formal verification.
