LTX-2.3 Transition LoRA (Valiant Cat): first/last-frame transitions, CFG 4, trigger "zhuanchang"

Chongqing Valiant Cat's AI lab trained this LoRA on Lightricks LTX-2.3 for first-frame/last-frame transition videos; the author reports it also helps text-to-video and image-to-video transformation clips (identity morphs, style changes, object swaps, scene switches) with better motion continuity than a narrowly tuned transition LoRA. Settings: ltx2.3-transition.safetensors at strength 1.0, embedded guidance scale 1.0, classifier-free guidance 4.0; adjust to taste for transition strength and how literal the prompt is. Prompting: write "[shot type and camera]. [subject and scene]. [the motion or transformation in detail]. [lighting, texture, atmosphere, composition]. zhuanchang". The trigger "zhuanchang" goes near the end so the main prompt still clearly states subject, scene, camera, transformation and mood. Clear temporal instructions beat keyword lists, and explicit motion language stabilises transition-heavy shots. ComfyUI: the author uses a modified version of Kijai's LTX-2.3 transition workflow (LTX-2.3.json in the valiantcat repository) that adds a transition-LoRA node connected to the base model.
