A LoRA fine-tuned from Qwen/Qwen-Image-Edit-2509 that turns a photo into an anime image, made by the AutoWeeb anime-creator project. Use: keep the prompt simple, for example "transform into anime", and feed high-resolution photos. The repository ships workflow.json, the ComfyUI workflow the authors use for testing, but they report the LoRA works better with Phr00t/Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO. A Hugging Face Space (akhaliq/Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-Photo-to-Anime) runs it online. It targets Qwen-Image-Edit-2509; the card says nothing about 2511. Licence: MIT. Apply it only to photos you have the right to transform, and not to identifiable people without consent. Based on the autoweeb/Qwen-Image-Edit-2509-Photo-to-Anime card pinned to revision 2fdebf4e0c1ea04ef3037ff531bc5a4a3a842396 and observed on 2026-10-27. The card gives no LoRA strength, steps or CFG; nothing was run. The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator.
