TaoMate-H3 for ComfyUI (Robert1212star): original 3-step vs FL2VA 3-step BF16 LoRA

This repository converts two separate official TaoMate H3 LoRAs from Alibaba's TaoLive AIGC team to ComfyUI format for MiniMax H3. They are different source checkpoints, not two precisions of one: - taomate_h3_3step_comfy.safetensors (about 2.48 GB), converted from TaoLiveAIGC/TaoMate-H3. - TaoMate-H3-FL2VA-3Step-ComfyUI-BF16.safetensors (about 1.24 GB), converted from TaoLiveAIGC/TaoMate-H3-FL2VA, the release for first/last-frame-to-audio-video generation. Its FP32 weights were cast to BF16 (so not lossless), keeping all 416 tensors / 208 LoRA pairs including token_refiner, rank 128 / alpha 128; .lora_a/.lora_b became .lora_down/.lora_up with a diffusion_model. prefix and per-module alpha, without merging or pruning. Use: put the file in ComfyUI/models/loras, select it in a MiniMax H3-compatible LoRA loader and watch the console for unused keys or shape errors. The files are adapters only: no base model, no official TaoMate runtime, no persistent audio-video KV cache or streaming, and first/last-frame conditioning must come from your workflow's nodes. Three steps is the official target but only a starting point in ComfyUI; sampler, scheduler, guidance and strength are not specified. To compare the adapters, fix image, prompt, seed, resolution, frame count and sampler and change only the adapter. The converter checked tensor names and shapes on synthetic tests but did not verify full loading or generation. The card does not state the original file's precision or any tested ComfyUI settings; nothing was downloaded or run.
