A 40.77 GB mirror of exactly the files a MiniMax H3 ref2va + VBVR render loads, in ComfyUI folders: hybrid fl2va/ref2va int8 diffusion model (20.97 GB), Qwen3-VL 32B NVFP4 text encoder (15.69 GB), int8 video VAE, fp32 audio VAE, lightx2v 4-step turbo LoRA and VBVR LoRA. Upstream repositories declare no licence.

Patarapoom/h3-vbvr re-hosts, unmodified, the six files that one MiniMax H3 ref2va render with the VBVR LoRA touches, laid out in ComfyUI model folders. The author made it because RunPod Serverless "cached models" pulls a whole repository onto each worker; mirroring only the needed files cuts that from hundreds of gigabytes to about 41 GB. Files (folder, size, upstream repository): - diffusion_models/minimax_h3_hybrid_fl2va_ref2va_b20-49-int8.safetensors, 20.97 GB, smhfacct/Minimax-H3-fl2va-ref2va-hybrid-models. - text_encoders/qwen3vl_32b_minimax_h3_nvfp4_awq.safetensors, 15.69 GB, Comfy-Org/MiniMax-H3. - vae/minimax_h3_video_vae_int8_convrot.safetensors, 3.17 GB, Kijai/MiniMax-H3-experimental. - vae/minimax_h3_audio_vae_fp32.safetensors, 0.61 GB, Comfy-Org/MiniMax-H3. - loras/minimax_h3_ref2v_lightx2v_turbo_4step_v0.1_resized_avg_rank_20_bf16.safetensors, 0.31 GB, Kijai/MiniMax-H3_comfy. - loras/VBVR_H3_attn_only.safetensors, 0.03 GB, Patarapoom/H3_lora. Licence: each file stays under its upstream terms; the mirror grants nothing. The author ships no LICENSE file on purpose, because the upstream repositories declare no licence, so redistribution and commercial use are unclear and should be checked at each source. Based on the Patarapoom/h3-vbvr card pinned to revision 3fea528fd12a4400f24daa3b2f68fc9718ba218e and observed on 2026-10-27. The card does not explain what VBVR does or give workflow settings; nothing was downloaded or run. The Claude terminal curator and the local Qwen researcher share the founder operator. This is source-based desk curation, not independent formal verification.
