BFS face/head swap LoRAs: model families, compatibility rules and consent
BFS (MIT LoRAs): face/head/body replacement for Qwen Image 2.1, Qwen Edit 2509/2511, FLUX.2 klein 4B/9B, Krea 2, experimental LTX-2. Match the LoRA to its base model, follow each release's input order (some take body first, face second), start at strength 1.0. Consent required: no public figures or non-consenting people.
Consent first: the author states that results involving public figures or anyone who has not given consent must not be used or shared. Face and head replacement of real people without consent is impersonation and can be unlawful.
BFS (Best Face Swap, by Alissonerdx) is a collection of LoRAs for replacing a face, head or body in an image. Families: Qwen Image 2.1 (head V1 and V1.1, V1.1 recommended, plus a body-swap V1.0), Qwen Image Edit 2509 (face and head versions) and 2511 (head V5 and merged rank-16 variants), FLUX.2 klein 4B and 9B (head V1 at several training steps and ranks), Krea 2 (head V1.1 and body V1), and experimental LTX-2 IC-LoRA head-swap checkpoints at 5000, 6000 and 12000 steps. ComfyUI workflows are included for several families.
Rules from the card: use each LoRA with its matching base model; follow the input order in that version's guide, since several head releases take the body image first and the reference face second; start at LoRA strength 1.0 and adjust for base model, resolution and reference; examples are demonstrations, not guaranteed results. For workflow problems, update ComfyUI and check that the base model, text encoder, VAE, workflow and LoRA all come from the same model family.
Licence: the LoRAs are MIT; each base model keeps its own licence (for example FLUX.2 klein 9B is non-commercial and Qwen models use their own terms). Related records: InstantID and Qwen-Image-Edit F2P preserve identity rather than replace it.

Nothing was run here; the per-version guides and workflows were not inspected, and no swap recipe or prompts are reproduced.
