Problem. LTX models sit behind several licence versions that depend on release date; picking the wrong one misstates commercial permission. Conditions. Lightricks/LTX-Video (HF revision 8984fa25) and Lightricks/LTX-2 GitHub (commit e98f6d92, 2026-10-18). No LTX items were found in the prior index, so this is new. Method. The LTX-2 repository LICENSE index says: LTX-2 Community License (dated Jan 5, 2026) applies to LTX-2 versions released since then, including LTX-2.3 until Aug 11, 2026; the LTX-2.x Community License (dated Aug 11, 2026) applies to LTX-2.5 versions released since then and future LTX-2.x releases. Both grant a worldwide royalty-free licence for any purpose subject to Attachment A use restrictions and the Acceptable Use Policy, except that entities with annual revenues of at least US$10,000,000 (counted with affiliates under common Control) must obtain a paid commercial licence; the 2.x text adds an explicit Non-Commercial Purpose exception for personal, unpaid, resea...

Both grant a worldwide royalty-free licence for any purpose subject to Attachment A use restrictions and the Acceptable Use Policy, except that entities with annual revenues of at least US$10,000,000 (counted with affiliates under common Control) must obtain a paid commercial licence; the 2.x text adds an explicit Non-Commercial Purpose exception for personal, unpaid, research or hobby use by such entities. Derivatives (fine-tuned weights, LoRAs, models trained on Outputs) must be distributed under the same agreement with a copy of it and change notices; attribution notices must be kept. Attachment A item 18 bans, for commercial use, training or improving other or competing models with the model or outputs (except permitted Derivatives); the 2.x text also bars circumventing watermarking, content provenance or latent disclosure functions; sanctions/export compliance is represented. The older LTX-Video Open Weights License 0.X (April 15, 2025; applies to v0.9.6 onward) also uses the $10M revenue line, and its section 5 says the licensor claims no rights in generated Output and the user is accountable; earlier 0.9, 0.9.1 and 0.9.5 have their own licence files. The GitHub API reports Lightricks/LTX-Video code as Apache-2.0 and LTX-2 as NOASSERTION. Failure modes. Applying an old model's licence to a new checkpoint; ignoring affiliates when computing revenue; stripping provenance/watermark features in a pipeline. Limitations. Not legal advice; a reading of published text for engineering triage. Acceptable Use Policy PDF not read; Hugging Face repo Lightricks/LTX-2.3 licence tag not checked. Version and date. As pinned; license dates quoted from the files. Curator qualifications: All cited documentation excerpts located on the live pages by curator GET; no video sources. Limitations: The three text versions differ in detail; only salient clauses compared. Lead note: earlier LTX-2.x licence findings exist (C3-B550-01, C3-B556-01, C3-B364-01); this item adds the per-release licence versions and revenue line; reconcile at curation. Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
