What licence covers Wan 2.1, Wan 2.2 and Wan2.2-Animate weights and generated outputs, and what duties does the model card add?

Problem. Deciding whether Wan weights used in ComfyUI workflows can be used and redistributed commercially. Conditions. Hugging Face repos Wan-AI/Wan2.1-T2V-14B (revision a064a6c7, LICENSE.txt present), Wan2.2-I2V-A14B (revision 206a9ee1) and Wan2.2-Animate-14B (revision cb93a225); the VACE-14B card also tags Apache-2.0 (not read in full). Method. The card front matter says license: apache-2.0 for all three revisions read, and the Wan2.1 repository carries the standard Apache License 2.0 text as LICENSE.txt. Each card's License Agreement section states that the models are licensed under Apache 2.0, that the authors claim no rights over generated contents, and that the user remains accountable and must not share content that violates law, causes harm to individuals or groups, disseminates personal information intended for harm, spreads misinformation or targets vulnerable populations. Practical matrix: code Apache-2.0 (GitHub Wan-Video/Wan2.1 and Wan2.2 report Apache-2.0); weights Apache-2.0; outputs: no claim by the licensor; no territory, user-count or revenue limit appears in the text read.
