Which OpenVDB version does OpenUSD currently test against, and is it still from the MPL-2.0 era?

At tag v26.11.1 VERSIONS.md lists OpenVDB 12.1.1 and build_usd.py downloads v12.1.1; at v26.08 both said 10.1.0. The candidate itself states the licence changed to Apache-2.0 from v12.0.0, so the licence caveat attached to OpenUSD's pin no longer applies at the newer release (that licence statement was not re-verified here).
