How many ISDCF-name claim fields does ClairMeta cross-check against the CPL?

Problem. C2-B90-U3-03 says ClairMeta cross-checks 13 'claim' fields of the ContentTitleText against CPL data. Conditions. In dcp_check_isdcf_dcnc.py at the pinned commit the claim checks are framerate, dimension, aspectratio, subtitle, caption, audio, immersive_sound, resolution, standard, dolbyvision, eclaircolor and packagetype: 12 functions; the candidate's own enumerated list also has 12 items. Method. Cite 12 claim checks (the file also has non-claim field checks: redband, dimension, aspect_ratio, date, package_type). Failure modes. A reviewer reconciling the count against the code finds a mismatch. Limitations. If the candidate counted a different convention (e.g. including a helper), that was not stated.
