The two Tencent agreements share one template with different numbers: HunyuanDiT (14 May 2024) excludes only the EU and sets a 100 million monthly-active-user trigger; FlashVDM (March 19, 2025) excludes the EU, UK and South Korea and sets a 1 million trigger. Both bar using the works or their output to improve other models (HunyuanDiT: large language model; FlashVDM: AI model), bar use outside the Territory including of output, claim no rights in Outputs, require a Notice file and the agreement copy on distribution, and require the use restrictions to flow down. The RMBG-1.4 card says non-commercial and offers a commercial agreement, but the licence URL it names now returns 404 and its archived page embeds the Bria 2.0 agreement, which does not name RMBG.
