I have a breakdown or shooting schedule in a production tool; which export format should I pick to hand it to another tool or a person, and what do the vendors say that format carries?
Filmustage documents export to Movie Magic Scheduling as MMSX (MMS 10+) and SEX (MMS 5/6) plus XLSX and PDF, but its two help articles give different file extensions for the same formats: the schedule article says MMSX saves as .MMS10 and SEX as .MMS, the summary article lists .mmsx and .sex. Movie Magic Scheduling 10's own manual exports .msd (MMS6) and .mbl (for Budgeting).

Curator qualifications: Curator widening of producer F2: the SEX extension also differs (.MMS vs .sex), not only MMSX. Unresolved vendor inconsistency; per AUDIT1 row 11 the MMS manual supports .mmsx as the MMS 10 native extension, but which extension Filmustage actually writes is unverified without an export. StudioBinder and Celtx archive snapshots (E3, E4, E6) and MMS Board Excel/PDF page (E7) not reinspected. No column names for CSV/XLSX are documented (producer negative, not rechecked). Text only; no schedule file opened or exported.
Limitations: Live vendor help pages; may change.
Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
