R 128 V5 and Netflix v1.4 differ in target (-23.0 LUFS vs -27 LKFS), gating basis (programme vs dialog-gated) and peak limit (-1 dBTP vs -2 dBTP); one measured value cannot demonstrate both. Curator qualifications: Correction: the +/-0.5 LU non-live tolerance attributed to R 128 V5 item h) appears in the V5 document only in the revision table as the V3 (June 2014) change; V4 (2020) records 'Tolerances updates' and current item h) gives +/-1.0 LU where the target is not practically achievable plus item i) +/-0.2 LU. Treat +/-0.5 LU as a superseded historical value unless a current supplement (e.g. R 128 s1, Tech 3343) states it; same correction applies to C2-B34-Y1-06.
