In Unity Recorder 5.1.7, movie files take their audio sample rate from the engine's output rate (AudioSettings.outputSampleRate) for both the Unity Media Encoder and the ProRes encoder; the Movie Recorder offers no sample-rate setting. The Media Encoder records Mono or Stereo, ProRes Stereo only. Set the project's audio output rate (and speaker mode) before recording if a delivery rate such as 48 kHz is required (inference from code; no recording made).
