What do Netflix's published M&E guidelines say about fill, Foley, stems and file naming, and which of those statements are scripted-specific?

Netflix's general M&E guideline asks for a fully-filled, long-play, discrete M&E whose levels match the original mix (music untouched, effects changed only as needed to fill) and names files by its sound-asset convention (ME for the master; FXStem, MXStem, DIAStem, FFFXStem for stems; GUIDE for the dialogue guide). It never mentions Foley by name. Foley wording appears on the Nonfiction M&E page (a married music stem plus effects stem when there is no Foley budget) and the Near Field 2.0 page (ambience and Foley fill must match the original mix). So fill is judged against the original mix rather than a fixed checklist (producer interpretation, supported).
