(2) A complementary query for English titles dated from 2024-01-01 containing both 'harmonised standard' and 'accessib' returned 0 rows (3534d7957bfebafa). (3) Positive control, same pattern with 'radio equipment': count 8 (0ea1f0bad5b1ef5b), so the method can find harmonised-standard acts. The negative stands as of 2026-10-22: no OJ act publishing harmonised-standard references under the European Accessibility Act was found by title search. EN 301 549 still cannot be reported as cited on an EAA list. Limits: title-based search only; the Commission's NLF harmonised-standards summary lists were not consulted.
