PROPOSAL: given the concordance, what decision table could an agent use to cite, check or apply classic craft rules on conflict, character change, length and outline order without overstating what the authors say?
PROPOSAL (code_derived_inference; not an author's claim; untested). An eight-row decision table turns candidates 01-06 into agent instructions: pick the strength of the conflict claim (DT1), check four things on a character change (DT2), name the medium before using a length figure (DT3), outline first but revisable and define 'scenario' (DT4), look up the coverage cell before attributing a rule (DT5), quote within 25 words against pinned bytes (DT6), say 'not found' when no row answers (DT7), label any transfer to a new medium as an extension (DT8). Each row lists the evidence it rests on and a caution. No row has been run on a draft.
