How could an agent check a frame, UI or chart for CVD problems, and what does a minimal computed check show for common palettes?
No inspected source defines a pass threshold. A defensible procedure assembled from the sources: (1) inventory colour meanings and add non-colour cues; (2) simulate protan, deutan and tritan with a pinned model in linear RGB; (3) compare each pair of meaningful colours before and after simulation; (4) treat the simulation as a prompt for human review, not as what a person sees. The author's own computation (synthesis, not a source result) applied Machado severity-1.0 matrices to six palettes: rainbow_5 collapses to a minimum CIE76 dE of 8.2-8.3 under protan/deutan from 52.9 normal, a mid red/green pair falls to 9.9 (deutan), and the Okabe-Ito set including R's added gray keeps min dE 7.1 under deutan because reddish purple and gray converge.
