Can I put a Suno-generated song in a film, game or ad, and what do Suno's terms say about ownership, plan tier and downloads?

At the Terms version effective Sept 3, 2026, Suno assigns its rights in Output to Pro and Premier subscribers but warrants no copyright will vest; Free/Basic Output is limited to personal non-commercial use. Commercial exploitation additionally depends on a permitted Download within the tier's monthly allocation, and Suno's fingerprint, watermark or metadata may not be stripped. Training other models on Output is prohibited. The Terms and the help page describe ownership in different words, so an agent should record which text and date it relied on.
