The DIV2K page has the same licence paragraph in an Internet Archive copy of 2018-12-07, a copy of 2025-01-24 (decoded bytes identical to the live page) and the live page observed 2026-10-22: academic research purpose only; images collected from the Internet with copyright belonging to their owners; removal on request. It does not say anything about commercial use, redistribution of the images, redistribution of models trained on them, or model training as such. REDS is the contrast: CC BY 4.0 on the author page in 2021-08-23 and 2026-10-22 copies.
